| Limited Three-Year Warranty |

| FastPoint Technologies, Inc. (“FastPoint”) warrants its LCD Monitors and LCD Touchscreen Monitors to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of three years (two years for the LCD panel and backlight included in all 12.1” monitors) beginning on the date of invoice. |
|
| This warranty does not cover: |
|
- Damage due to shipping and external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by FastPoint, usage not in accordance
with product instructions, problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied or authorized by FastPoint, acts of God, tampering or normal wear and tear.
- Products where the serial number is altered, defaced or removed.
- Products purchased outside the United States.

| FastPoint will, at its option, repair or replace products covered under this limited warranty that are returned to FastPoint’s facility.
To request warranty service, you must call FastPoint’s Customer Service at (800) 962-3900 or (714) 484-6300 within the warranty period. If warranty service is required, FastPoint will issue a
Return Material Authorization Number. You must ship the product back to FastPoint in its original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk
of loss or damage during shipment. FastPoint will ship the repaired or replacement product back to you freight prepaid via ground shipment if you use an address in the continental U.S. where
applicable. Shipments to other locations will be freight collect.

| FASTPOINT MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES BEYOND THOSE STATED IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. FASTPOINT DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME STATES (OR JURISDICTIONS) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS
LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. |

| FASTPOINT’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.
THESE WARRANTIES GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION). |

| FASTPOINT DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITIES BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.
OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE. |

| These provisions only apply to the original limited warranty for your FastPoint product. For provisions of any service contract covering your system beyond
this limited warranty, refer to the separate service contract that you will receive. |

| If FastPoint elects to exchange a product or portion of a product, the exchange will be made in accordance with FastPoint’s Exchange Policy in effect on
the date of the exchange. |
