What is the warranty period for FastPoint light pens and interfaces?
Two years from date of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required.

How do I return a product for credit?
A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from FastPoint Techonologies Customer Service (800-962-3900).
Products being returned for credit should be sent in original packing material and insured for full value via a shipping method
that requires a signature for delivery (UPS, FedEx, USPS registered mail, etc.). Please address packages to:

Full credit will be issued within the first 30 days of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for each subsequent months.
All returns are subject to a charge for any customer-caused damage.

How do I return a product for repair?

The customer is responsible for return postage on products not in warranty. Fastpoint Technologies, at its option, will repair or replace the product.

Will FastPoint Technologies pay for shipping of product sent in for repair or credit?
The customer is responsible for all postage when sending product to FastPoint Technologies for credit or repair. Fastpoint Technologies will pay freight on
outbound product (product being shipped to customer) that are under warranty only. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on products not in
warranty.

Are loaner light pens available?
No. FastPoint Technologies does not provide loaner light pens.

What is the Extended Premium Protection (EPP) plan ?
The Extended Premium Protection plan provides three (3) years of additional coverage and special Instant Turnaround (UPS Blue or FedEx 2-Day) guarantee.
Our Instant Turnaround sends a replacement pen or interface out to you as soon as you report a problem--even before your old pen or board reaches us.
An EPP must be obtained within the first 90 days of purchase.
